Kurashiki 00-74 Olympics License Plate

Special issue license plates released between 2017 and 2021 to commemorate the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. They could've been bought for an additional fee.

The license plate comes from a privately used vehicle with an engine under 2000cc. 

The holes were made by the MLIT in Japan upon’s car deregistration.
